Investment Analyst

Role Type: Full-time
Location: Dubai (or remote, aligned with Dubai market hours)
Reports to: Principal Advisor

Role Overview

The Investment Analyst supports strategic decision-making by evaluating real estate and cross-border investment opportunities. This role is analytical, detail-driven, and strictly non-sales. The analyst works closely with senior leadership to ensure every recommendation is backed by data, risk assessment, and long-term logic.

Key Responsibilities

Build and review financial models (ROI, IRR, cash flow, sensitivity analysis)
Evaluate real estate investments and structured opportunities
Conduct market, asset, and risk analysis
Prepare internal investment notes and scenario comparisons
Support portfolio strategy and capital allocation decisions
Maintain confidentiality across all analyses and client data

Required Experience

3–6 years of experience in investment analysis, finance, or consulting
Strong background in financial modelling and valuation
Experience in real estate or alternative investments is preferred
Exposure to international or cross-border investments is an advantage
