Relationship Manager

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager ensures a seamless, white-glove experience for Private Office clients after strategic decisions are made. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and long-term trust — not selling or advising.

You are the client’s operational point of contact while the Principal remains the authority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client communication post-decision
  • Coordinate documentation, timelines, and execution steps
  • Liaise with external parties including:
    • lawyers
    • banks
    • notaries
    • government authorities
  • Track progress across real estate and business setup processes
  • Provide structured updates and status reports
  • Ensure service delivery meets Private Office standards

Experience Required

  • 4+ years of experience in relationship management, client servicing, or operations
  • Experience in real estate, private banking, business setup, or professional services preferred
  • Familiarity with UAE regulatory and documentation processes is an advantage
