Role Overview

The Marketing & Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the visibility, tone, and positioning of MU Private Office across Instagram and Facebook.

This is not a growth-hacking or lead-generation role.
It is a reputation, signal, and brand-discipline role.

Marketing at Private Office level exists to attract the right audience and quietly filter out the wrong one.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Positioning

Maintain a consistent Private Office narrative across all content
Translate advisory thinking into short, high-quality content
Ensure messaging reflects discretion, authority, and clarity

Content Management (Instagram & Facebook)

Plan and manage content calendars
Publish thought-led posts (no promotions, no hype)
Manage Stories, Reels, and static posts with brand discipline
Maintain visual consistency aligned with Private Office standards

Reputation & Brand Control

Monitor comments, messages, and interactions discreetly
Ensure no public conversations compromise positioning
Coordinate with the Private Office Director on sensitive messaging

Analytics & Refinement

Track engagement quality (not volume)
Identify content that attracts aligned audiences
Refine content direction based on signal, not reach

Required Profile

Proven experience managing premium or professional brands
Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook ecosystems
Ability to write clearly, minimally, and intelligently
High visual and aesthetic standards
Comfort operating under strict brand and approval protocols
