Acquisition & Developer Relations Manager

Role Overview

The Acquisition & Developer Relations Manager is responsible for securing access to high-quality real estate opportunities and maintaining direct relationships with top-tier developers. This role is about leverage, trust, and long-term access — not sales volume.

You will operate at the source of supply, enabling off-market, preferential, and structured deals for the Private Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage direct relationships with select developers and asset owners
  • Source on-market and off-market investment opportunities
  • Negotiate commercial terms, allocations, and structures
  • Coordinate deal pipelines aligned with Private Office strategy
  • Maintain developer trust, discretion, and credibility
  • Ensure all opportunities meet internal quality and risk standards

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate acquisition or developer relations
  • Strong network within the Dubai real estate ecosystem
  • Proven experience negotiating with developers or asset owners
  • Understanding of structured deals, bulk transactions, or special terms

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
